About Me
A Little Bit About Fab
A multi-passionate creator, coach, and visionary who has transformed countless lives while continuously pushing her own limits. As a certified trainer, she helped over 250+ clients—primarily women—gain confidence in their bodies through personalized workout programs and routines. Her impact was recognized nationally when she was named one of the Top 9 Trainers to Work With during the height of the 2020 pandemic, featured in Boston Times Magazine and has an article about her in the Enterprise about how training has impacted her life in the long run.
Her love for movement extended into youth sports, where she made history as the first Black Haitian female volleyball coach at two Massachusetts schools—Brockton High School (Spring 2019) and North Quincy High School (Fall 2019–2021).
Under her leadership, teams achieved an impressive combined overall coaching record of 57–10. Fabiola is also the voice behind the empowering podcast FabGotTheJuice, which she created to spotlight rising talent and share real, raw conversations about growth, self-discovery, and resilience. Her storytelling blends personal experience with powerful dialogue, making it a healing and motivational space for anyone tuning in.
My talents also expand into video editing, web design social media managment and brand recognition. Staying up-to-date with social media trends and content is important.
